1. Payment
GCK Travel Agency requires £50 non refundable deposit per person at time of booking (see below).
The full cost of the holiday must be paid no later than eight weeks before departure. Provided there is space, bookings can be accepted up to the tour start date, but for bookings within eight weeks payment in full must be made at time of booking.

2. Arrival
GCK Travel Agency is not a carrier or carrier’s agent, so no responsibility can be accepted for flight arrangements, delays or cancellations or costs incurred thereby, including loss or damage to baggage. Please ensure you have adequate insurance cover. The holiday excludes all flights, which customers will need to arrange themselves. If your flight is delayed significantly (more than two hours beyond the scheduled arrival time) we cannot guarantee the tour can wait and it will be the customer’s responsibility to arrange their own transport to catch up with the group. GCK Travel Agency or its agents will not be liable for any costs incurred in doing so.

3. Modification or cancellation by GCK Travel Agency
GCK Travel Agency reserves the right to modify or cancel any holiday, or arrangement at any time up to eight weeks before departure. In the event of cancellation you will receive a full refund, unless we can offer an alternative that you are happy with. We will not materially modify or cancel the holiday within eight weeks of the date of departure unless compelled to do so because of circumstances beyond our reasonable control.
If you receive a refund of all monies paid due to cancellation or material modification by us, you will not be entitled to any further sum by way of compensation, damages or otherwise arising from the cancellation or modification.

4. Cancellation by Customer
Cancellations must be made in writing and must bear the signature of whoever made the booking and are effective only when received by GCK Travel Agency. Cancellation charges will be made according to this schedule:
Cancellation more than 56 days before the start of your holiday: deposit
Cancellation between 56 and 21 days before the start of your holiday: 50% of the total cost.
Cancellation between 9 and 20 days before the start of your holiday:75% of the total cost.
Cancellation 8 days or fewer before the start of your holiday: 100% of the total cost.
No refund can be given for cancellation on the day the holiday starts or whilst on holiday

5. Alteration by Customer
After acceptance of the booking, if you request an alteration to the confirmed arrangements, where it is possible for us to make these alterations, an amendment fee per person per night, plus any increased charges incurred, will be charged.

6. Insurance
Personal holiday insurance to cover illness, injury, personal belongings and cancellation is strongly recommended. You are also recommended to take out cancellation insurance.

7. Liability
Whilst taking every care, GCK Travel Agency cannot be held responsible for personal injury, ill health, death or any other loss which is not due to activity or negligence of GCK Travel Agency or its agents, employees or directors.
Except in the case of personal injury, ill health or death, any claim against GCK Travel Agency or its agents, employees or directors shall be limited to a maximum of the amount paid by the claimant for his/her individual holiday.
Any eventual disagreements concerning the realisation of the contract will be ruled by Polish law and any eventual court proceedings will be held by the appropriate court in Gdańsk, Poland.

8. Force Majeure
If war or terrorist activities, threatened or actual, civil unrest, industrial action, threatened or actual, weather conditions, fire, flood, drought, or any other event outside the control of GCK Travel Agency and its agents delays, curtails, or extends the holiday or compels a change in the holiday arrangements, we cannot accept liability for any resulting loss, damage or expense.
